initial consultation
The first step in your custom jewellery journey is booking a consultation. During your consultation we will explore design ideas, preferred materials and gemstones, budget and answer any questions you may have. Our expert team will work up a personalised quote based on your preferences.
deposit & final design
Once you're happy with the quote, we'll finalise your bespoke design for approval prior to manufacturing. Once the render has been given the go ahead and deposit is recieved, manufacturing will begin. The final payment will be due upon collection/shipping.
creation & collection
The manufacturing process takes approximately 4-6 weeks, during this time you are welcome to contact our friendly team with any questions you may have. Our skilled jewellers handcraft your piece right here in Australia. When it's ready, come in and collect your one-of-a-kind creation or let the team know if you prefer express shipping.
